Thanks for sharing, Claire and Ceri! Its def quite random that Anne is linked to a legend like this, but certainly interesting!
I can imagine Anne being regarded as the bringing of the Apocalypse in Spain. She had taken the place of Katherine of Aragon and Isabella and Ferdinand were worshipped in Spain as Messianic figures. I can imagine Anne being seen in unflattering ways in Catholic Spain. Traditions carry on for centuries. Legends are more colourful than facts. Love the videos. Thanks.
